toasted pine nuts

of chili pepper

olive oil

Prepare spinach and kale and the green mixture, pine nuts, onion and
seasonings, combine and massage together and taste for seasonings.
·
Fill dough with 1 tablespoon or
more spinach mixture. Close in half and pinch the sides.
·
Preheat oven to 350F and on a baking sheet spray with vegetable oil
arrange the pies and brush with an egg wash and bake till golden.
